\nYou can also fulfil your quota for the employment of persons with disabilities by concluding a business cooperation agreement with the disability company Prima IP. Instead of paying contributions to the Public Scholarship, Development, Disability and Maintenance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia (the Fund), you receive services and products that your company really needs.\n<\/p>

\nEmployers\u2019 legal obligations and the disability quota system\n<\/h2><\/div>

\nThe employment of persons with disabilities is governed by the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act (ZZRZI) and the Decree on the Determination of the Quota for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities (the Decree).\n<\/p>

These regulations require employers to employ a certain percentage of persons with disabilities relative to their total number of employees. The Decree stipulates that every employer with at least 20 employees<\/strong> is obliged to meet the disability quota. The quota (percentage of employees with disabilities) is set in the Decree by sector of activity and ranges from 2 to 6 per cent<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
