\nGeneral terms and conditions\n<\/h1>

\nThese terms apply to all orders placed by the customer with PRIMA IP, a digital printing company.\n<\/p><\/div>

1. Scope<\/h2>\n

These terms apply to all orders placed by the customer with PRIMA IP, a digital printing company. By confirming an order, the customer confirms that they agree to these terms.<\/p>\n

2. Customer\u2019s obligations<\/h2>\n
  • The customer must provide artwork files within the agreed deadline and in a technically suitable format (e.g. PDF\/X-1a, CMYK, resolution of 300 DPI).<\/li>
  • The printing company accepts no liability for any defects in the product resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer data or files.<\/li>
  • The customer confirms that they hold the copyright or permission to use the artwork provided.<\/li><\/ul>\n

    3. Order confirmation<\/h2>\n
    • An order is considered confirmed only after written (electronic) confirmation by the printing company.<\/li>
    • Changes to an order after confirmation are possible only with the printing company\u2019s consent and may result in an adjustment to the deadline or price.<\/li><\/ul>\n

      4. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n
      • Prices are stated in the quote. For \u2018express orders\u2019 (completion within 24\u201348 hours), the base price is increased by 50%.<\/li>
      • Payment:<\/li>
      • 50% of the order value is payable on confirmation and the balance before collection or delivery.<\/li>
      • Late payment results in statutory default interest, which the printing company is entitled to charge on the overdue unpaid portion of the payment obligation.<\/li><\/ul>\n

        5. Production and delivery<\/h2>\n
        • The production period begins once the printing company has received complete and technically suitable files from the customer and the advance payment.<\/li>
        • If the customer is late in supplying files to the printing company, the production period is extended by the number of days of the delay.<\/li>
        • The printing company reserves the right to extend the production period due to force majeure or technical complications.<\/li><\/ul>\n

          Quantity variance<\/h3>\n

          Due to the nature of the production process, a quantity variance of up to \u00b15% of the ordered quantity is permitted in the production of printed materials. The quantity actually delivered is invoiced at the agreed unit price.<\/p>\n

          6. Complaints<\/h2>\n
          • Complaints must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days after receipt of the product, with photographs or a description of the defect as evidence. Later complaints will not be considered.<\/li>
          • The printing company is liable only for defects resulting from its own service. Defects caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer are not grounds for a complaint.<\/li>
          • In the case of a justified complaint, the customer receives a free reprint or a refund.<\/li><\/ul>\n

            7. Liability<\/h2>\n
            • The printing company is not liable for indirect damage (e.g. loss of profit).<\/li>
            • The maximum compensation is limited to the order amount.<\/li><\/ul>\n

              8. Force majeure<\/h2>\n

              The printing company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (fire, natural disasters, technical outages). In such cases, the deadline is extended.<\/p>\n

              9. Data protection<\/h2>\n
              • The printing company uses customer data solely to fulfil the order and does not pass it on to third parties.<\/li>
              • The customer\u2019s artwork files are kept for 6 months after completion of the order and then deleted automatically.<\/li><\/ul>\n

                10. Copyright<\/h2>\n

                The customer warrants that they hold the rights to use the artwork provided. The printing company accepts no liability for copyright infringements.<\/p>\n

                11. Final provisions<\/h2>\n
                • Changes to these terms take effect upon publication on the printing company\u2019s website.<\/li>
                • Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Ljubljana shall decide the dispute.<\/li><\/ul>\n
