{"id":284,"date":"2026-03-01T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newprima.estorly.com\/?p=284"},"modified":"2026-09-22T08:53:46","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T08:53:46","slug":"the-digital-transformation-of-prima-ip-d-o-o","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/en\/2026\/03\/01\/digitalna-transformacija-podjetja-prima-ip-d-o-o\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital transformation of Prima IP d.o.o."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prima IP d.o.o. successfully applied to the public call \u2018Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs\u2019 (P4D 2025) with the project \u2018Digital transformation of Prima IP d.o.o.\u2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The comprehensive digital transformation operation in the company includes technological, organisational and human resources measures aimed at improving business efficiency and increasing the company\u2019s competitiveness in the digital environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The key objectives of the operation are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishing digital tools for connecting with customers, including a web-to-print portal, digital proof approval and a personalised user experience for B2B clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitalising and automating internal processes by introducing advanced tools (Enfocus Switch, PitStop, an electronic document management system, Power BI) and fully integrating the Multipress MIS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing a comprehensive data strategy that includes collecting, centralising and analysing production and business data using business intelligence and the basics of artificial intelligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving employees\u2019 digital skills through systematic training of the entire team, internal mentoring and the inclusion of persons with disabilities in digital processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the development of energy- and resource-efficient processes by optimising production, reducing errors and monitoring material consumption (digital tools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing added value per employee by introducing lean, data-driven processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency without additional staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving cyber security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost eligibility period runs from 1 October 2024 to 20 February 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total value of the project is \u20ac235,116.56 including VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EU co-financing of the project amounts to \u20ac66,669.97.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operation is part-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and by the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Link to the EU funds portal: <a href=\"https:\/\/evropskasredstva.si\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/evropskasredstva.si\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1798\" height=\"246\" src=\"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Logotipi_digitalizacija.png\" class=\"wp-image-344\" alt=\"Co-funded by the European Union, the Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport and the Slovene Enterprise Fund\" style=\"aspect-ratio:7.314285714285714;width:1024px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Logotipi_digitalizacija.png 1798w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-300x41.png 300w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-1024x140.png 1024w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-768x105.png 768w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-1536x210.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1798px) 100vw, 1798px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Podjetje Prima IP d.o.o. je uspe\u0161no kandidiralo na Javnem razpisu Spodbude za digitalno transformacijo MSP (P4D 2025) s projektom Digitalna transformacija podjetja Prima IP d.o.o.!
