{"id":3493,"date":"2026-03-01T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/?p=3493"},"modified":"2026-03-24T14:12:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T14:12:10","slug":"the-digital-transformation-of-prima-ip-d-o-o","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/en\/2026\/03\/01\/digitalna-transformacija-podjetja-prima-ip-d-o-o\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital transformation at Prima IP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prima IP d.o.o. has successfully applied for the Public Call for Incentives for Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025) with the project Digital Transformation of Prima IP d.o.o.!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A comprehensive digital transformation operation in a company includes technological, organisational and human resources measures aimed at improving business efficiency and increasing the competitiveness of the company in a digital environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The key objectives of the operation are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishing digital tools to connect with customers, including a Web-to-Print portal, digital preview validation and a personalised customer experience for B2B customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitisation and automation of internal processes through the introduction of advanced tools (Enfocus Switch, PitStop, electronic document system, Power BI) and full integration of the MIS Multipress system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing an integrated data strategy that includes the collection, centralisation and analysis of production and operational data using business intelligence and the fundamentals of artificial intelligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving the digital competences of employees through planned training for the whole team, internal mentoring and the inclusion of people with disabilities in digital processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the development of energy and material efficient processes, by optimising production, reducing errors and monitoring material consumption (digital tools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase added value per employee by introducing lean, data-driven processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency without additional staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing cyber security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The period of eligibility is from 01.10.2024 to 20.02.2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total value of the project is EUR 235,116.56 including VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The EU co-financing of the project amounts to: \u20ac 66.669,97.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operation is part-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Link to the EU web portal:&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/evropskasredstva.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/evropskasredstva.si\/<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"140\" data-id=\"3706\" src=\"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-2-1024x140.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3706\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-2-1024x140.png 1024w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-2-300x41.png 300w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-2-768x105.png 768w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-2-1536x210.png 1536w, https:\/\/prima-ip.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Logotipi_digitalizacija-2.png 1798w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Podjetje Prima IP d.o.o. je uspe\u0161no kandidiralo na Javnem razpisu Spodbude za digitalno transformacijo MSP (P4D 2025) s projektom Digitalna transformacija podjetja Prima IP d.o.o.!
