PRIMA IP d.o.o. has successfully obtained co-financing for an operation under the public call for disability companies and employment centres with advisers to introduce more flexible ways of working adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, funded under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (NOO).
The aim of the project is to optimise the business model, adapt work processes to the needs of employees with disabilities, raise employees’ digital skills and introduce more flexible forms of work, including improvements to work-life balance.
The project will make an important contribution to increasing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, improving working conditions and greater inclusion of persons with disabilities in the work process, while increasing the company’s competitiveness and resilience.
Project duration: 1 July 2024 – 31 March 2025
