Terms and Conditions

PRIMA IP digital printer

1. Scope of application                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                These terms and conditions apply to all orders between the customer and PRIMA IP. By confirming the order, the customer confirms that he/she agrees to these terms and conditions. 
   
   2. Obligations of the Customer
   - The customer is obliged to submit the graphic files within the agreed deadline and in a technically suitable format (e.g. PDF/X-1a, CMYK, 300 DPI resolution). 
   - The printer accepts no responsibility for any product defects resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information/data.  
   - The Customer acknowledges that he/she has the copyright or permission to use the graphic material provided.  
   
   3. Order confirmation 
   - An order is only deemed confirmed after written (electronic) confirmation by the printer.  
   - Changes to the order after confirmation are only possible with the agreement of the printer and may lead to an adjustment of the deadline or price.  
   
   4. Prices and payment
   - The price is specified in the offer. For »express orders« (delivery within 24-48 hours) the basic amount is increased by 50%.  
   - Payment:  
     - 50% of the order value is payable on confirmation, the balance before collection.  
     - Late payment shall give rise to statutory default interest, which the printing works shall be entitled to charge on the unpaid portion of the payment due.  
   
   5. Execution and delivery  
   - The execution period shall start upon receipt of complete and technically appropriate files from the Client and the advance payment.  
   - If the customer is late in delivering the files to the printer, the deadline will be extended by the same number of days of delay.  
   - The Printing House reserves the right to extend the delivery date due to force majeure or technical complications.  
   
   6. Complaints
   - Complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product, in writing, with supporting photographs/description of the defect. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
   - The printer is only liable for errors arising from its service. Errors due to incorrect customer data are not covered by claims.  
   - In the event of a legitimate complaint, the customer receives a free re-performance or refund.  
   
   7. Responsibility 
   - The Printing House is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of profit).  
   - The maximum compensation is limited to the amount of the order.  
   
   8. Force Majeure 
   The Printing House is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (fire, natural disasters, technical failures). In such cases, the deadline will be extended.  
   
   9. Data protection
   - The printer uses the customer's data exclusively for the execution of the order and does not pass it on to third parties.  
   - The client's graphic files are saved for 6 months after the execution, then automatically deleted.  
   
   10. Copyright
   The Customer warrants that it has the rights to use the graphic materials provided. The Printing House accepts no liability for copyright infringement.  
   
   11. Final provisions 
   - Changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective upon posting on the Printer's website.  
   - Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement. In the event that no agreement is possible, the Ljubljana Court of Civil Procedure shall have jurisdiction.  
   
   The General Terms and Conditions are valid from 06.01.2025.
