Company PRIMA IP d.o.o. has successfully obtained co-financing for the implementation of the operation under a public call for proposals for disabled people's businesses and job centres with consultants to introduce more flexible working arrangements tailored to the needs of people with disabilities, financed by Recovery and resilience mechanisms (NOO).
The project aims to optimising the business model, adapting work processes to the needs of employees with disabilities, raising employees' digital competences and introducing more flexible forms of work, including improvements in reconciling work and private life.
The project will significantly contribute to increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, improving working conditions and increasing the inclusion of people with disabilities in the work process, while at the same time increasing the competitiveness and resilience of the company.
